However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a return or refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products
If the books or materials you receive are physically damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way. - Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong title(s), subject(s), or editions not matching your order.
Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong selection of class, syllabus, or edition by the buyer
- Digital downloads or eBooks (if applicable)
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at support@shubhanga.co.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return or refund
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, guide you through the return process.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Return Shipping
In case of incorrect or damaged products, Shubhanga Publications will arrange for return pickup or reimburse standard return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.) used during purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the refund policy will apply.
